Workshop Schedule

Workshops are held on Fri/Sat/Sun from 9am-4pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12-1pm. The classrooms will remain unlocked the entire time, allowing you to work on your projects whenever you like!

Breakfast 8am-9am
Lunch 12-1pm
Dinner 6pm-7pm

Meals are offered buffet-style in the Dining Hall, where we’ll be eating together as a group.

Other Gatherings/Options

Thursday 7:30 pm—we’ll gather in the Assembly Room for a brief Welcome and introduction to your instructors. This is a good time to swap with other attendees as well!

Friday 7:30 pm—this is your opportunity to purchase art from your favorite instructor(s), as well as explore the reNEWables tables, gather with friends, enjoy a glass of wine or coffee, and maybe go home with a nice prize!

Sunday 7:30pm—we’ll wrap up with a Show and Tell, sharing our experiences of the past few days, and saying our goodbyes.

Throughout your stay, you may choose to gather with others, or spend some solitary time. The intent is for you to find what it is that YOU need on this creative journey—it’s all about you! The Assembly Room is our group gathering spot, and will also be set up with tables for you to journal or work on projects, etc. In addition, there are other little spots for you to meet up with a friend or just spend some time alone. You may wish to go into Los Gatos on Saturday after class, as there are some unique shops and restaurants to explore; it’s a lovely little town, and just a few minutes from the Center.
